Coaching At Work

Demanding jobs often require skills outside of those for which we are trained and the job can be very stressful. Supervision or work coaching can help you through the difficulties, teach new communication skills and help sort through the issues. Often this process is arranged with the support of the employers who also take care of the fees.

So much of our lives are spent at work, if we are fortunate we have congenial workmates and clients but often it is not that easy.

Management problems from either side, unresponsive colleagues, dis-satisfied, unreasonable clients, so many issues can disrupt the harmony as we try to get on with the job.  That is where a mentor or coach comes in handy; someone who can help clarify what’s going on and help develop strategies to ease our way through the minefields of work-place relationships.  We spend so much time at our jobs we deserve to have pleasure and a sense of satisfaction or personal reward for our work.  And happy employees are good for business, too.  Work-place mentoring makes sense.

We spend so much time at our jobs we deserve to have pleasure and a sense of satisfaction or personal reward for our work.
