Companionship In Times of Transition

  • When you move from paid work to retirement…
  • When you no longer have a partner and you have to live alone…
  • When your body doesn’t move with the ease that it once did…
  • When your focus on this world  perhaps moves to consideration of the next…
  • When you’ve spent so long doing what you have to do that you’ve forgotten what you like to do…

There are times when we need to talk about things our loved ones don’t want to hear. Maybe there are issues of grief or bereavement, anxiety about the future, death – our own or that of a loved one. With these big questions we often find fear, confusion and denial, and no-one with whom to share our anxieties.

Sometimes we need to talk about the difficult, dull or dismal parts of life without fear of being fobbed off or being told not to be morbid. These sad and important times we can share and maybe find a way through to a new place of peace and contentment. Having someone to sit with us and listen when we feel bad can be a great comfort and often brings its own resolution.

Coaching can help you through these times of transition to a new state of joy, fulfilment and deep satisfaction.

What Clients Have To Say…

Josephine is the perfect life mentor; with wisdom and clarity she opens the doors to what I need and want for a soulful, true and contented life.

Wisdom is something most people aspire to achieve and it is rare to be in the company of someone who embodies it, and so generously and beautifully conveys, shares and teaches wisdom. Josephine is an individual who seeks to understand you, help you understand you, and truly inspires you to be the best that you can be. Wisdom is one word to describe her and the skills that she brings to your encounters but it is the generosity of spirit to encourage you to live your life well, to empower you, that is a genuine experience I recommend.

Josephine’ s clarity and wisdom are to the cultivation of my inner life are what organic fertilizers are to her roses; they enrich me to blossom.
